Great value, taking into account other Chinnakanal's options. Helpful service, sweet staff, breakfast was very tasty, bed was lovely. They made my stay superb. The room was good with classical interior and a large bathroom. Decent park views. The outdoor bar in the hotel had plenty of complementary spirits, wines, beers and tea throughout the day.

Service and food were beautiful and I especially loved that the place was spotless. Pastries and cheese were a stand out. Very special stay...

It was worth its 5 stars. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. Also, free WiFi was provided.
